Audalis, LLC (“Audalis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Audalis platform, including the website at audalis.co, the web application at app.audalis.io, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). - Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Communication Data: Call recordings, transcripts, voicemails, and messages processed through the Service.
- Contact Data: Information about your customers and contacts that you add to or sync with the Service.
- Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Slack, or ClickUp), we access and store data from those services as necessary to provide the features you enable.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve the Service.
Information from Third-Party Services
When you connect third-party accounts, we may receive:
- Google Calendar: Calendar event details (title, time, attendees, description) for calendars you grant access to.
- Microsoft Outlook: Calendar event details for calendars you grant access to.
- HubSpot: Contact records, company information, and deal data from your CRM.
- Slack: Workspace and channel information necessary for notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process and manage phone calls, messages, and communications
- Sync calendar events and manage scheduling
- Generate AI-powered call summaries, transcriptions, and analytics
- Send notifications and alerts related to your use of the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party services to help operate the Service, including Twilio (communications), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI features), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), and Cloudflare (infrastructure and storage). These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
- Third-Party Integrations: When you connect third-party services, data flows between the Service and those platforms as you configure.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your organization’s configured retention settings.

You have the right to:

- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Revoke access to connected third-party services at any time through your account settings
- Opt out of non-essential communications

Third-Party Authentication
Audalis offers sign-in through Google and Microsoft accounts. When you authenticate using these providers, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your Audalis account. We do not request or access any other Google or Microsoft data through the authentication flow.
Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data for authentication and Google Calendar data to display and sync your calendar events within the Service.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your data, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Data Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
